Felicitaciones! Los seguire recomendando!! Salut!!!

Canon mount

Types of Lenses Canon

Canon's EOS system has 2 types of mount available which is what we will find in the lenses available for Canon. The EF mount is the generic for all lenses and focal lengths regardless of sensor size and the EF-S mount is specific for cameras that have Canon's APS-C sensor.

Please note that although some lenses from other brands come with EF mounts, they may also be designed for use with APS sensor cameras so we would see a cut in larger sensors.

How do you know if your Canon camera uses EF or EF-S lenses?

In the body of your Canon camera, next to the lens anchorage, you will find the answer. If we see a small red dot on the camera, we will be in front of a machine compatible with EF lenses. If in addition to the red dot we find a white dot, that is that the camera is compatible with both EF and EF-S lenses.

A goal for every occasion

At Duke Photography we want nothing to stop you. That's why we have the main lenses for any camera: Zoom Angular, Tele Zoom and Local Fixed.
