Duke represents and warrants that its Internet platform is technically ready for the sale of products.
Warranties of quality or performance of Duke products or services will, where applicable, be established on a case-by-case basis in the particular conditions.
- All our products have a 2 year warranty.
- The conditions of the guarantee will be those stipulated in the "Conditions of the Guarantee" that accompany each article, being able to be different in each case, always in function of the different manufacturers, importers and distributors. In the case that the article does not take this document it will be enough with conserving the invoice of the purchase, which will replace the form of the guarantee, if it is not specified in some document, it is understood that this will be of two years from the date of the delivery.
- Duke makes every effort to ensure that the information provided is correct. Products may vary slightly in specifications, colors or other design features.
- In case of defective product, we proceed to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, efforts that will be free to the customer.
- The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it
- The warranty shall cease to be effective if Duke reliably proves manipulation by the customer.
- Duke will be responsible for transportation, postage and other expenses incurred during the warranty period.
- The repair process can take an estimated period of 28 days. Also, the repair time can vary for several reasons: the nature of the fault, the stock of spare parts, the repair center, and so on.
- The supply of spare parts is guaranteed for a minimum period of five years from the date on which the product is no longer manufactured.

We are also adhered to TRUSTED SHOPS where you can insure up to 2.500,- EUR for the loss of the amount in case of non-delivery or after return of the product, regardless of the method of payment used.
