How to find a product?

You can easily find the items you are looking for on our website in any of the following ways:

Using the search engine: The search engine is at the top of the page and allows you to search for any article quickly and efficiently. It's very simple, just enter the search word and we'll show you all the articles available on the Web related to that word.

Using the menu that classifies products by ranges: The products in our online store are organized by ranges so that it is easier for you to find what you are looking for. In the top menu or the left side of the Web, you will always have visible the menu of ranges so that you can navigate through them with total ease.

How can I place an order?

When you find the item you're looking for, click on Buy and you'll be added directly to Your Cart, repeat this operation each time you choose a new product, and then access Your Cart to view the items, quantities and prices. To confirm your order, click on Finish Order and fill out the Personal Data and Payment Option form to be able to process it. You will see the Order Confirmation and also receive an email with the necessary details. Once you have made a first purchase with us, when you create an account, you only need to enter your email and your email address and you will receive the necessary details.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

When an item is temporarily unavailable, you always see it indicated in the product file, and we give you the option of receiving a notice as soon as we have it back in stock.

How can I delete, add or modify the quantity of products in my order?

By accessing My Cart you can see the items, quantities and prices of your current order. For each product you have the option to click on Delete and expand or reduce the number of units ordered. Using the Continue Shopping button you can return to the store and add new products to your order.

Is it safe for me to buy online?

The purchases you make on our website are completely safe: your personal and bank details are protected and are not accessible to unauthorized persons at any time of the process. You can also choose the methods of payment by transfer or cash on delivery.

How can I pay?

At Duke Photography you can pay for your orders using:

A very secure modality, in which your bank details are protected from unauthorised access during transmission. you will need to insert a password when paying by card as card payment is secured to prevent fraudulent use of the card. in the event that card payment has not been processed correctly, you must contact your bank to activate your card for secure online payments.

Bank transfer or deposit. By making a transfer or deposit to one of the account numbers shown at the end of your purchase process, and always stating your order number. Shipment is made when we receive the money in our account and may take 2 days. If after 10 days we have not received it, we must reject your order.

Cash on delivery. This method allows you to pay in cash at the time of receiving the package, has an additional charge of 3% on the total amount of your order.

If you are a regular customer of this service, you can use it to make your payment. It has a charge of 1.5% on the total amount of your order.

How do I know if the order has been processed correctly?

At the end of your purchase process, you will see the Order Confirmation screen with detailed information on products, prices, shipping and payment details. We recommend that you save or print this information about your purchase. You will also receive an Order Confirmation email, which shows that we have received and processed it; if you do not receive this email, please contact us.

Can I buy products that do not appear on the website?

You can send us an email or call us to receive information about a product that is not on our website. If you are satisfied with the price and delivery time, we order the product upon request, after payment of 50% of the amount. We notify you as soon as the product enters our warehouses, so you can pay the rest, and is delivered by courier in 2-3 days.

How are the products coming?

The products are new, come with the manual in Spanish and are supplied with the accessories and features described by the MANUFACTURER. All cameras come with their battery and charger.

How do we handle orders?

1º The client makes the order and receives, in a few minutes, a copy by mail of his order. He can proceed with the payment if he has already checked the availability of the article in the web.

2º You will also receive a confirmation of the order from Duke, providing the bank accounts to make the transfer or deposit at the window, according to the payment method chosen by the customer.
* Transfers take 2 days to enter the account, but if you urge the order is preferable to make a deposit at the window, which is the method of payment and instant deposit.

3º When making a deposit by window, make reference to the order number and name. It is not necessary to tell us as it appears immediately reflected in the account. Only when you have made a transfer, you can send us a copy to expedite the shipment. If you have paid by credit card, Paypal, Cetelem or Paga+Tarde is not necessary to tell us, as it arrives automatically.

After purchase

How do we handle orders?

You can contact us by e-mail or telephone if you want to cancel, modify or add something to the order. You must inform us before 12.30 pm, because being purchases with immediate shipment, it is possible that if you do later, we can not do anything because it has already left the warehouse.

Can the order be changed?

If you have tried to pay by credit card and it gives you an error, you should contact your bank to secure the card because, for greater security, in the process of buying by card, the system asks for a password. You also have the option to continue with the same order number and, instead of paying again by card, make the deposit or transfer to our bank account.

How long does it take for products to arrive?

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours, and delivered by courier within 2-3 working days for the Peninsula and 1 day for the Canary Islands

What if I'm not home when the package arrives?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a notice so that you can contact them and arrange for delivery, or you can pick it up at the branch of the transport agency closest to your home.

What is the warranty and returns policy?

All products have a 2 year warranty, and it is covered by the purchase invoice that is included with each order.

The repair process can take an estimated period of 28 days. Also, the repair time can vary for several reasons: the nature of the fault, the stock of spare parts, the repair center, and so on.

You have 14 calendar days to return the purchase if the product purchased is not to your liking - the period for exercising this right is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

The consumer will be refunded the total amount of the purchase (without shipping costs) in the same medium in which payment has been made (bank transfer, credit card, debit card). the product will be returned in perfect condition without limiting the use of the product (provided that it does not go beyond the mere verification of the good condition and functioning of the same). on the other hand, the consumer will have to pay the shipping costs of returning the goods when it has been previously informed of it and if it is not returned in the same original packaging the good may suffer a deprecation.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, as long as it has not yet left our warehouse. The courier service picks up our orders daily so that we can deliver them in the time you have requested, so we can accept cancellations only while we still have your order.

Can I return an item when I have already received it? How do I do this?

Yes, you can return an item to us within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Just contact our Customer Service by calling us on 928 268 155 or by mail to, send us the product in its original box and ensure its perfect condition.

How and when will I receive my refund if I return?

As soon as we receive the returned item and provided that we can verify its good condition, we will refund its amount, through a deposit in the account you provide us or the return to the credit card.
