THE MAXIMAL
The maximum limit is linked to the type of certificate purchased.
The maximum limit of the indicated certificate constitutes the maximum cost of repair for each repair or the reimbursement of the value of the property, if it cannot be repaired.
If the good cannot be repaired, the Customer may obtain its replacement or refund of the purchase amount, with a depreciation of 10% for each year of the good's life.
CALCULATION OF THE RESIDUAL VALUE OF THE GOOD
In case of replacement of the product, the value of the consideration will be calculated by deducting 10% of the value of the product for each year elapsed from the date of purchase.

ACTIVATION
Warranty3 must be activated online.
To send an activation request, you just have to visit our website www.garantia3.es in the “ONLINE Activation” session.
Upon completion of registration, the user will receive a confirmation by email.
USER REQUEST
The user can request assistance through www.garantia3.es by completing the online form; or by writing an email to the address assistance@garantia3.es; or by calling the toll-free number 900 838033.
The user must communicate the details of his GUARANTEE3 certificate, his personal data, the type of fault and the location of the product.
The service will be performed under the same terms and under the same conditions specified in the manufacturer's warranty on the day of purchase of the product.
HOW DOES IT WORK
Guarantee3 verifies the conformity of the communicated data.
Warranty3 verifies the correct activation of the warranty extension.
The user will be asked for a copy of the Warranty3 certificate and proof of purchase of the product, to verify the data.
The user will receive by email or telephone the confirmation of the repair request number and the details of the technical assistance service procedure.
