In addition, the lens has a weatherproof sealed design for use in difficult conditions and a rounded 11-blade diaphragm contributes to a pleasant bokeh quality with smooth transitions between the focused and unfocused regions of the image.
The standard zoom is designed for cameras without full-frame L-mount mirror, however, it can also be used with APS-C models where it provides an equivalent focal length range of 36-105 mm.
