The B + W 72 mm SC 106 ND 1.8 Filter is a neutral density filter with a 64x filter factor that provides an exposure reduction of 6 stops. Its density of 1.8 creates a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to shoot with a wider aperture or a slower shutter speed than is normally required. By increasing its aperture or decreasing the exposure time, you can control the depth of field and transmit the movement more easily. Neutral-density filters do not affect the color of the image and are ideal for matching with other filters.
