Irix Edge Kit Gelatine Filters

The Irix lenses have been a novelty not only for the quality of their optics and the results they are able to achieve, they have also been a revolution for their external design. The Irix lenses include on the back a slot in which you can attach gelatine filters for much more creative results, or simply higher quality. This kit of 15 Irix gelatine filters are designed for the slot 30 x 30 mm that you will find in the back of the Irix lenses (both 15 mm and 11 mm).

• 5 ND16 neutral density gelatine filters (4 steps) let 6.2% of the light through

Specifically, it should be noted that 5 ND4 neutral density filters are included, capable of reducing in 2 steps the light intensity that reaches the sensor of your camera, i.e., it only lets 25% of the light through to your camera. 5 ND8 neutral density gelatine filters are also included, these will let 12.5% of the light intensity through to the sensor of the camera, i.e., it reduces 3 steps. And finally, 5 ND16 neutral density gelatine filters are included, in this case we would be talking about 4 steps and let 6.2% of the light through.
