This M15 filter mount kit is designed for use with a Tamron SP 15-30mm f / 2.8 Di VC USD G2 lens, Tamron SP 15-30mm f / 2.8 Di (VC or non-VC) USD lens, or a Pentax HD D FA 15-30mm f / 2.8 ED SDM WR lens. Allows the convenient use of up to two separately available 150mm wide and 2mm thick filters together with a separately available Haida Magnetic Filter for the Haida M15 Filter Holder. Mounted inside a threadless aluminum alloy ring, a Haida magnetic filter for the Haida M15 filter holder is specifically made to fit between the included Haida M15 filter holder and an adapter ring for the filter holder. For filters like a Haida magnetic circular polarizer, the outer dial of the filter holder integrates with the filter ring, allowing independent rotation and adjustment of those filter types.
Pre-installed with a pair of plastic filter slots, the aluminum alloy filter holder is initially configured to accommodate a rectangular filter. The use of the Haida M15 filter holder is easily accomplished by placing the kit adapter ring over the integrated lens hood of a Tamron SP 15-30mm f / 2.8 Di VC USD G2 lens, a Tamron SP 15-30mm f / 2.8 Di (VC or not - VC) USD lens, or a Pentax HD D FA 15-30mm f / 2.8 ED SDM WR lens, followed by an optional Haida magnetic filter for the Haida M15 filter holder.
