Los filtros PRO ND 16x (densidad neutra) están optimizados para tomar fotografías y videos tomados con cámaras digitales. 
El índice de absorción es igual a 4 paradas. 
Están especialmente indicados en las fotos de paisajes (especialmente en presencia de cursos de agua y cascadas), ya que aceptan trabajar con velocidades de obturación largas. 
También encuentran aplicaciones útiles en el tiro creativo. 
El procesamiento particular del cristal óptico hace que estos filtros sean cromáticamente neutros y, por lo tanto, libres de dominantes de color.
