Dedicado al sistema Olympus TTL, el receptor de flash inalámbrico de radio FR-WR le permite disparar y controlar flashes de forma remota utilizando la transmisión de radio de 2.4 GHz. Esta unidad tiene un rango de recepción de hasta 98.4 'y puede operar en uno de los 15 canales dentro de tres grupos. El receptor tiene una zapata superior para colocar un flash, una zapata fría de cierre inferior y dos diales traseros que permiten la selección intuitiva de canales y grupos. También se ofrece un terminal de sincronización de PC para el emparejamiento por cable con luces estroboscópicas. Además, como las cámaras de la serie OM-D de Olympus, este comandante es totalmente resistente a las salpicaduras, el polvo y la congelación para su uso en entornos hostiles.
