POLAR PRO FILTRO HELIX 6/9 STOP VND MCKINNON SERIES

This PolarPro Helix variable neutral density filter is designed for the Helix magnetic filter system and offers an exposure reduction of 6 to 9 stops.

It darkens the entire image area, allowing for a wider aperture or a slower shutter speed than usual. Increasing the neutral density provides more precise control over shutter speeds or aperture settings, for both photography and video.

Using a longer shutter speed allows for increased blur to convey a sense of motion or to adjust the camera's frame rate.

Higher density also allows shooting with wider lens apertures, helping to isolate the subject from the background and enhance the bokeh effect.

This filter offers a density increase of 6, 7, 8, and 9 stops. The front ring features a numbered scale of the stop values and haptic feedback to feel a click when reaching a number without looking at the ring.

The ring has side knurling for a secure grip and quick, precise positioning.

Unlike other magnetic filter systems, the Helix system offers a completely secure connection through a magnetic connection and a quarter-turn locking mechanism, greatly facilitating the installation and removal of filters.

This advanced locking system ensures that the filters remain fixed in position, even in the most demanding shooting situations.
