The VDSLR MK2 continues the line with the same multi-layer coating process, industry-standard geared iris and focus rings, and a fast T1.5 aperture, adding a 9-blade iris for beautiful smooth bokeh, weather sealing to keep moisture out, and focal distances on both sides for greater versatility for focus pullers.

This 50mm lens provides a 46.2° coverage when used with full-frame cameras. Hybrid aspherical lenses offer sharply defined images with minimal distortion and chromatic aberrations, with a minimum focus distance of approximately 1.5 feet from the lens. The 9-blade iris also allows you to create an impressive starburst effect of up to 18 rays when fully stopped down.

A removable petal-shaped lens hood provides protection against flares when shooting without a matte box, and the lens' threaded front accepts a 77mm filter ring.
