The shutter speed, flash brightness, and other settings are automatically adjusted to the ambient light so you can take photos without any hassle.

Easy to use to get the perfect close-up!
Turn the lens to switch it on and turn it again to switch to close-up mode. This mode is perfect for distances of 30 to 50 cm.

Selfies are the specialty of the INSTAX mini 12.
If you see yourself in the selfie mirror, you'll appear in the photo. Simple! The flash adjusts automatically even in close-up mode so the photos aren't too bright or too dark.
