Description

The lightweight 7" DC-L2 HDMI/SDI on-camera touchscreen monitor from Viltrox offers professional monitoring on a crisp 7" screen, ideal for outdoor use, with a resolution of 1280 x 800. The DC-L2 supports video input up to DCI/UHD 4K30 via HDMI and SDI. It also offers loop-through HDMI and SDI outputs to send video to additional monitors. Other features include custom 3D LUTs, L-Series and USB power options, and multiple included accessories.

High-resolution screen

7" on-camera LCD touchscreen, daylight visible, with a resolution of 1280 x 800 that supports input and output up to DCI/UHD 4K30.

HDMI/SDI input/output

The monitor supports DCI/UHD 4K30 videos through HDMI and SDI, and can output via the HDMI and SDI loop outputs.

It also includes a USB port for importing 3D LUTs and updating the firmware. You can import up to 20 custom 3D LUT files.

Image tools

The monitor features numerous built-in image tools that help manage the image, including focus, brightness histogram, false color, screen focus, anamorphic compression reduction, and more.

Energy options

The monitor is powered by an L-series battery or through a USB-C barrel power supply or DC power supply available separately.

The compatible battery types from the L series include NP-F550, F750, and F970.

Built-in gyroscope

An integrated gyroscope automatically detects if the screen is tilted up or down and rotates the image accordingly, making it easier to change the camera's position.

Mounting options

There are 1/4"-20 threads on one side and on the bottom that allow you to mount the monitor on a cage, directly on a camera, or use various accessories like the included shoe adapter mount or an optional magic arm or tilt mount.

Accessories

Includes a sunshade, an L-series battery, a shoe mount adapter, a soft storage bag, a screen protector, a USB-A to USB-C cable, an HDMI type A to HDMI type A cable, and an HDMI type A to mini-HDMI cable.
