1. Transfer / Deposit at the window

To make a transfer or deposit into your account we have at your disposal, for your convenience, different bank accounts whose owner is DUKE TRADING S.L.

When the transaction is processed, it is guaranteed that the card user is the legitimate cardholder.

In order to use this payment system, it is necessary for you as the cardholder to register with the service through your bank. If you have not yet done so, please contact your bank for further information. In most cases they will be able to activate your card immediately.

You can make payments with all Visa and MasterCard credit cards (including prepaid cards).

At the time of the transaction, you will be asked for your credit card number, expiration date, cardholder and CVC (3 security digits printed on the back of the card, usually next to the cardholder's signature space).

Before proceeding to order confirmation you will be asked to verify your credit card password through Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.

3. Cetelem Online Financing

After confirming your order, our website will redirect you to the Cetelem financing process. It is 100% digital, fast, simple and convenient. You can sign your contract digitally by means of an SMS that we will send to your cell phone, and attach the requested documentation directly. If you are a Cetelem customer, the process is even faster because you only need your ID card and your cell phone. There is a minimum amount of 120 € and a minimum monthly payment of 12 €. Cetelem finances individuals, self-employed and pensioners. You will need a copy of your ID card or residence card, the last paycheck if you are an employee, the last income tax return for self-employed and the letter of pension revaluation for pensioners. Finally, a certificate of ownership of the bank account or the first page of the bank book or passbook in which the IBAN is indicated.
