Es ist das kleinste und leichteste 70-300-mm-Zoomobjektiv * der Welt mit 148 mm (5,8 Zoll) und 545 g ( 19,2 Unzen) und einem maximalen Durchmesser von 77 mm und bietet außergewöhnliche Bildqualität.
Die feuchtigkeitsbeständige Konstruktion bietet zusätzlichen Schutz bei Aufnahmen im Freien und das Objektiv hat den Filterdurchmesser von 67 mm, den alle Mitglieder der Tamron-Objektivserie für spiegellose Vollbildkameras gemeinsam haben.
