Tokina AT-X 24-70mm f2.8 Pro FX - Zoom angle lens for Nikon

Compatible with Nikon's digital SLR FX format, this standard zoom can also be used with digital SLR DX format where it will provide a focal length range equivalent to 36-105mm.

f constant / 2.8 maximum aperture provides uniform performance across the entire zoom range and also contributes to greater control over the focus position and when working in low-light conditions.

Moulded glass three aspherical elements and three super-low dispersion (SD) glass elements combine to enable high and consistent resolution, uniform illumination with minimal distortion. The trio of low dispersion elements are arranged within the rear lens groups and also help reduce chromatic aberrations for greater color accuracy and clarity.

Multilayer lens coating reduces lens flare and the ghost effect of increased contrast and maintained color fidelity.

A Silent Drive-Module (SDM) offers fast and quiet autofocus performance to benefit both film and frame recording applications.

A one-touch focus clutch mechanism allows seamless switching between autofocus and manual focus positions.

An internal focusing mechanism maintains the overall form factor of the target during the operation.

A nine-blade diaphragm contributes to a smooth out-of-focus quality, which benefits the use of depth of field techniques.
