The vanguard I see 2 am-234 is one of the lightest and compactest portable monópodos with a non-slip ball type convertible rubber foot. This monopod is ideal for taking photos or videos, and the additional flexibility of being able to change the foot with rubber convertible nails gives you additional flexibility for all types of terrain. Mount your camera directly on the monopod or, if desired, add a small ball head or a compact video pan head. The ½ "Turn/unlock lock allows for quick and easy adjustment of height settings so you can shoot at any level. The added caribinero and wrist strap make moving from one location to another fast and effective.
